I picked up the Hype X Pro Raw Carbon Pickleball Paddle after playing casually for a while and wanting something more serious. The Raw Carbon Fiber Face really does add noticeable spin, and the Reactive Honeycomb Core gives it good pop without feeling uncontrollable. The elongated shape makes the sweet spot feel forgiving on off-center hits. The Carbon Fiber Power Frame with ThermoFused Technology feels solid and well built. It's a great fit if you're moving from casual games into league play and want to feel like a pro without the pro price tag.
